چکیده
HoreÄka nejasnĂŠho pĹŻvodu pĹedstavuje vzĂĄcnĂ˝ klinickĂ˝ syndrom, avĹĄak stanovenĂ jeho etiologickĂŠ diagnĂłzy bĂ˝vĂĄ relativnÄ obtĂĹžnĂŠ. Dosud bylo popsĂĄno vĂce neĹž 200 rĹŻznĂ˝ch pĹĂÄin horeÄky pĹŻvodu, kterĂŠ nĂĄleŞà do tÄchto hlavnĂch kategoriĂ: infekÄnĂ, neinfekÄnĂ zĂĄnÄtlivĂĄ, hemato‑onkologickĂĄ, nĂĄdorovĂĄ Äi internĂ onemocnÄnĂ. JednotlivĂŠ skupiny onemocnÄnĂ bĂ˝vajĂ doprovĂĄzeny charakteristickĂ˝mi soubory tzv. "malĂ˝ch" symptomĹŻ a klinickĂ˝ch nebo laboratornĂch nĂĄlezĹŻ, samy o sobÄ jsou pomÄrnÄ nespecifickĂŠ, pĹedstavujĂ pomocnĂĄ diagnostickĂĄ vodĂtka pro celĂ˝ vyĹĄetĹovacĂ proces. Ăkolem klinika je pĹedevĹĄĂm odhalit tyto zĂĄchytnĂŠ body, sprĂĄvnÄ interpretovat jejich vĂ˝znam limitace zaĹadit ĹĄirĹĄĂch diferenciĂĄlnÄ diagnostickĂ˝ch souvislostĂ. CĂlem pĹehledovĂŠho sdÄlenĂ seznĂĄmit odbornou veĹejnost se souÄasnĂ˝mi vÄdeckĂ˝mi poznatky horeÄce navrhnout pĹehlednĂ˝ diagnostickĂ˝ postup odpovĂdajĂcĂ principĹŻm medicĂny zaloĹženĂŠ na dĹŻkazech.
